Injury will not stop me

I have aggravated a hamstring injury at the beginning of week 7 which is really irritating. I gave myself 3 days rest after run 1 and thought it would be ok today but i had to walk most of this morning's workout. I'm going to put week 7 on hold until next Monday, foam roll, stretch and strengthen sho i can continue next week.

Gutted!

Pity about the injury, but you are quite sensible to postpone any more running until you feel better, far worse to run when injured, if you did run the injury would just get worse.

Don’t overdo things. Run slowly and steadily and you shouldn’t aggravate your hamstrings or Achilles’

Rest up now, and prepare to go again 💪👍🙂
