I’m going away to Spain for 2 weeks on Saturday and will be unable to run for the time we are there, should I have to restart all my progress or can I continue from my last run when I return from my holiday?

You may slip a little fitness, but maybe a slow attempt at week 3 will surprise you. If you lose a bit too much for that I’d think your be ok on week 2 still.

Why can’t you run while you’re away? I’ve read on here lots of people do their runs while away. Just think if you can you will be on week 5 when you get back instead of 3.
Fitness levels are supposed to be ok for 2 weeks so you should be fine to continue when you get back especially as you will probably be doing a lot of walking, maybe swimming etc

I’ve managed to run everywhere we’ve been, even a hilly Spanish village in week 3! If it’s just a week maybe repeat just your last run if there’s no way you can run. I think it’s fun running in different places, good way to explore the area 😀😀

I’m away in Bavaria currently. I’ve done 3 runs here so far (W7R1 and R2 and W8R1 today) - I’ll be doing R2 on Wednesday. There’s no way I’d have been able to skip those runs!!
Maybe you can find a route while you’re there? What week are you on?
