After just starting on w2 I had to stop my runs due to an injury, ligament tendons and general soft tissue damage in my ankle.
I had a fracture and soft tissue damage last year too that obviously hadn’t fully healed. That was 3 weeks ago now and although not fully healed yet I want to start building myself back into running again.
Can anyone advise the best way to do this without causing further injury? I have a referral in through work for physio but I’m worried I may never be able to get back to running again if it’s going to be permanantly weak!

Walk, and half jog... basically slow and steady should win the race. Fractures can take a long time to heal 100%, I had a wrist that took a couple of years, still can’t run on it 😂😂.
Best thing would be to speak to the Physio as they can almost certainly make their plan for you compatible with, maybe even geared towards, running.
