Im on w5r3.... cant wait πŸ€—, and know I have a few weeks to go yet. But I am an avid reader of all the posts, the encouragement and advice given. What happens when I complete w9r3 and what are parkruns that I frequently see mentioned?

Thanks Sarah πŸ˜€

I love parkrun. I did my first one at Conkers exactly one week after finishing C25K. I was a bit nervous because I knew I wouldn't be able to run the full distance but I knew that I could walk 5K in a reasonable time so I gave it a go. Everyone was very welcoming and encouraged me so I actually ran more than I expected, but not up Cheeky Hill, and finished at 41 minutes exactly. I returned the following year to run my 25th there and all being well it will be my 70th next time I go to Conkers, while at the Moira Furnace Folk Festival.

But in the meantime, don't be in a rush - continue to enjoy the rest of your C25K journey.

Hi Sarah

First thing is to apply for your graduated badge

Second thing is info on what can be next

Park run info had already been given

I'd say go have some runs just for fun

Hi how do you apply for the graduation badge. I completed my C25k a few weeks ago. I assumed (wrongly) that it updated automatically πŸ™ˆ. Thanks in advance.
