Im on w5r3.... cant wait π€, and know I have a few weeks to go yet. But I am an avid reader of all the posts, the encouragement and advice given. What happens when I complete w9r3 and what are parkruns that I frequently see mentioned?
Thanks Sarah π

I love parkrun. I did my first one at Conkers exactly one week after finishing C25K. I was a bit nervous because I knew I wouldn't be able to run the full distance but I knew that I could walk 5K in a reasonable time so I gave it a go. Everyone was very welcoming and encouraged me so I actually ran more than I expected, but not up Cheeky Hill, and finished at 41 minutes exactly. I returned the following year to run my 25th there and all being well it will be my 70th next time I go to Conkers, while at the Moira Furnace Folk Festival.
But in the meantime, don't be in a rush - continue to enjoy the rest of your C25K journey.
Hi how do you apply for the graduation badge. I completed my C25k a few weeks ago. I assumed (wrongly) that it updated automatically π. Thanks in advance.
