Great feeling for you 'StillTryin99', nice running in the early morning with the sun rising and beating the worst of the heat. At sunrise, the temperature where I live in Central Scotland was a nice +8C/46F, whereas in parts of the south of England it did not go much below 21C/70F.
Hi. Yep was around 19’ at 0515 today here in Hertfordshire! Crazy!
