Yes!! I just ran for 25 minutes and it no harder than the 20 minutes at the end of W5! Sooo encouraging!
I did crack out the snazzy new shorts (π³) and a more streamlined top than usual, and wondered if Iβd jinx myself! I even felt like an actual athlete, taking a dainty nibble from my banana when Iβd finished. π I ignored that my dog was itching to go for a proper ball chase though - she was hardly panting!
Anyway, lovely MJ told me I was a runner, so I must be. πππ»πββοΈ
Bring on W7. All 25 minuters. I can do this! πͺπ»
Happy running! ππ

Yay good for you, the pooch and the snazzy shorts. You will be fine with 25, 28 and then 30 minutes. You and your pooch will be in that podium very soon. πΆ
I managed week 6 when I followed this as well a few years back.
The weird feeling I had was feeling like I was in run mode, like Iβd found a good pace and I was able to stick to it. Looking forward to being in your shoes in a few weeks! Congrats! ππ»ππ»ππ»
Aww thanks Will! Iβm really enjoying the journey and canβt believe how far Iβve come since panting my way through the 1 minute runs in W1! Good luck with yours too! Report back here with progress, wonβt you? ππππ»
Whoa, well done you for completing W7! Thatβs a huge achievement! π
Iβm hoping itβs not crazy hot in Munich next week, because thatβs where Iβll be doing R2 and R3 of W7, and possibly W8R1! Still, not letting a holiday get in the way of this fun journey!! ππββοΈππ»
Iβll get my husband to get one of me at the end of W7. Hopefully my legs will have tanned a little by then, to counteract the tomatoesque face! π π πββοΈ
Well done, cracked it!! Good your new outfit giving you a boost.π I have yet to change to running gear, still stumbling along in my joggys, maybe need to dress like a runnerπ€
As for the running gear, do it! It gives you wings (albeit rather slow ones in my case!) I enjoyed that run a lot, and I felt I needed a change of gear to welcome in the longer runs!
Go out and smash it! Pop on some tunes, set your happy pace and off you go! Itβs very doable and very enjoyable. Itβs nice being called a runner at the end too! π
