Week 7 smashed- in the rain!

Well that was the coolest run that I’ve done so far- a very comfortable 16.5 degrees with the last 5 minutes in torrential rain. Completely different experience but it was great - the lovely breeze that accompanied most of the run felt like I was running with air con. So that’s it- I’ve done three 25 minute runs this week and I think I’m getting a bit hooked - I know this because I also ran a further five minutes after I’d done the cool down walk just because I felt like it!! Graduation is actually in sight- just 6 more runs. Who’d have thunk it!

Well done you! I did my W7R3 this morning too, and I’m very envious of your rain! I’m in Munich and even at 6am it was scorching!

Yes, 6 more runs to go. Getting exciting isn’t it? Definitely got the running bug!
