I woke up this morning after a really bad nights sleep and thought the last thing I wanted to do was squash myself into some lycra and go for a run. Lethargic and a bit achey seemed to be the order for the day but then I figured that if I didn't go for a run, that was probably the best I'd feel all day which didn't sound like much fun. So cats were fed, trainers were put on and off I went and I have to say it felt really good. I could feel a gremlin creeping in around the first 5 min mark but I batted him away and kept going - I went the furthest I have since I started the programme and the second set of 10 mins didn't feel too bad at all. So all in all - not a bad start to the day
