They are like that for a reason .. as is every run.. well done you... Relax now into the lovely relaxed, slow and steady as you go runs Well done!
I know, the science behind the timings of all the runs on this programme is spot on. If a completely non-runner like me can get to this stage and now be looking forward to running, anyone can do this!
