W9R2 tomorrow

Ok - I ache all over and my penultimate run is tomorrow evening. I’m trying to rest up as much as possible because I don’t want to fail my graduation run on Saturday. So no more kettlebells or commuting to and from work by bike until I’ve got this 5k (and maybe under 30 mins). ✊🏃‍♂️⛰

Would a nice relaxing soak in the bath help Dave? Might help to relax those muscles and aches. I’m sure that your final graduation run will be epic! So rest well and drink plenty! Enjoy the penultimate! I’m excited for you! I’ll watch out for your announcement on Saturday! The podium awaits you Sir! 👍🏽❤️

Sounds like you’ve earned a bit of a rest to ease those aches, but don’t worry about Saturday. You already know you can do it, and you’ll do fine. Graduating with a Parkrun should just add to the fun! You’ve got this - see you at the podium! 😊❤️👍

If you’re muscles are struggling during either of your next 2 runs, just keep remembering our C25k mantra - keep it slow and steady. So just slow right down, and if that’s still a struggle, slow down even more. As long as you’re still moving forwards, you’re beating anyone left behind on the couch, and you’re building your running legs for all your future runs. 👍🐌
