W9R2 - planning ahead...

One run left...

Absolute madness that I am here but here I am and therefore I need to plan ahead.

So my next goal is to be able to run 5k in less than half an hour. I was thinking I would run for 30 minutes for 6 more runs over two weeks and hopefully be able to speed up a few minutes in that time and then do some of the 5k+ podcasts.

Does this sound like a plan?

I started my university placement yesterday so I have a new routine which involves running at night now and it will be great to go out and do the 30 minute runs three times a week to keep my fitness up and then maybe work towards 10k but we shall see when we get there?

I’ll check champagne stocks.

You have a good post grad plan forming I can see. 30 minutes will become very comfortable during consolidation. Goals are the way to keep motivation up. Just keep loving it.

I love reading people’s story when they graduate... I usually flip back to their first post before I add a comment... the differences are huge, and that gives me more motivation to see how far I can go than anything else.
