We reversed our route from last Friday, got dropped off by support vehicle, then ran! And we did it! 4k in 36 mins. Very very happy with that because my legs hadn't turned to jelly and it felt like I had a bit of energy left! Thankfully was a little cooler and there was some breeze at times. It was a beautiful evening, photos don't do it justice. Harvest has begun in Wiltshire.
30 min run planned for Thursday then 4k again on Sunday. Then on to 5k at last!!!!
We've had an interrupted time post graduation. Has slowed down reaching 5k. Mum has been in hospital with a serious infection after her 6th chemo. She's home now and is much better. I've been away for a week. My sister has been busy with A levels, and the weather hasn't helped! Onwards and upwards now. Park run planned for Sept before my sister's 50th!!

Well done Ang! It looks absolutely glorious. Sounds like a great run and with a little left in the tank at the end youβll be hitting 5k before you know it. Hope your Mum continues to improve. π
Yaaay go Ang!! ππ½ππ½! Well done. Glad to hear your Mum is feeling much better. Youβve had a lot on, so that makes it even more great! The harvest does look beautiful here! β€οΈ
Woo hoo!! Well done lovely. Really glad that youβre making brilliant progress. The weather, while fantastic, hasnβt been runner friendly! Hope mum is better and looking forward to hearing how the park run training is going!
Well done for juggling all that and getting to 4K. Thatβs amazing and hope your mum is feeling much better and by the way love the amazing photos ππ
Well Done Ang33333 and sister. It sounds like you have had lots of things to cope with so itβs great that you are still trying to get out together. That 5k will come and I hope like me that you love your Parkrun experience .
