W1 complete!

Up and out at 6 again. Think I managed a slightly faster pace than Saturday. Certainly had a higher heart rate and calorie burn. Beautiful morning which helps.

Quick question, I wear glasses because I'm short sighted but I've been running without them and just being a bit blurry. It would be nice if I could wear them but scared they will fall off and break. Does anyone run with glasses? Is it doable?

Week 2 here I come!!

Hi, welcome and well done for completing W1. I run with my glasses on and have no problem - this morning I wore my prescription sun glasses which are looser than my normal specs and they were fine too. Do what you’re comfortable with - I definitely couldn’t run without mine - would be running into walls etc 😂

Huge well done for starting your day so wonderfully...

I wear glasses... they are fine.. if they fit properly you should have no issues. A Trail Head cap stops the glare for me too:)

Well done on week 1! Sometimes I put contact lenses in (which feels like a waste, to take them out to shower) so normally I run blurry eyed too! In the past when I've worn glasses to the gym, I've kind of wriggle the arms behind my hair which keeps them a little sturdier 😂

Well done.

Have you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which is full of tips.........though not about glasses.
