Not quite the answer you’re looking for, but I’ve just gone back to wearing contact lenses. So much better!

I also wear glasses but don’t have that problem

Maybe you should go back to opticians and get you glasses adjusted 😊

Same in here - running in glasses,.no problems detected. Maybe apart from blurred vision during rain, as they didn't install windscreens in my model :P

I would head back to your opticians... they should not be slipping really..:) I have two pairs, but neither slip or move up and down :)

When I first did the programme late summer, I was getting so hot that I was ending up taking my glasses off as they were so steamed up I could see better without them. When I restarted this year I thought it would be nice heading into the spring but found I much prefer running in the cold - and my glasses have been staying on. I always carry a plastic visor to slip over my head if it starts raining. My eyes no longer like lenses in and so rain is a real pain as a glasses wearer. Best of luck with your running. Working up to going out now for w8r1.

I agree - go to the optician and have the fit adjusted. I can stand on a ferry in the wind looking down at the sea with no fear of losing my glasses - although it is the one time that I wonder...!!😄

I have "Keepons" - soft silicone tips that fit on the arms of your glasses. Perfect!

I wear glasses. They don’t slip but do steam up occasionally and are a problem in the rain. I wear a cap if I expect rain but have been caught out a couple of times. I can’t see much without them so just put up with it 👓 I would speak to the optician if yours are slipping 👍
