The forecast looks like rain for my next couple of runs, i wear glasses so I’ll go out with my baseball cap on to keep off the splashes as best i can - so I’m wondering if, apart from wearing full divers goggles, are there any other tips for glasses wearers?! 🤓 thank you

I was going to say a few people on here use a baseball cap to keep the rain off their glasses but you already do that not sure what else 😊

I wear a baseball cap in harsh sun & rain with a long peak such as a Sigi topex or a National Trust cap, (but the Sigi is the running cap) and keep the peak down as much as I can without impairing vision too much.. then there's Lazer eye surgery, (not a cheap option) I had monovision LASIK surgery carried out some years ago which improved my sight considerably so don't have to rely totally on glasses..

Thanks davelinks, I can’t stretch to eye surgery atm but I’ll look into the Sigi running cap which is probably more within my budget 😉- I appreciate your advice

Although I’ve the option of wearing disposable contact lenses, I’ve done torrentially wet long runs just in my glasses with my Ronhill running cap on. Just pull the peak down well over your glasses and you should be fine. 😊❤️
