Can I just say how brilliant I think this site is. I've only just started running (heading towards Wk 9 of C25k) and tried my first run outside this week which was scary, a little death-defying on our country lanes, but satisfying, and I am just gleaning SO much advice and info from this site.
So far this morning I've learnt about Garmins, Strava vs Runkeeper, how to help back ache (Had never heard of Tui an massage but will be checking it out), Nipease, Pilates DVD recommendations (Darcy Bussell apparently) and the excellent Kinetic Revolution website.
The only problem is, I can see it's seriously going to affect my productivity and bank balance! π
