Very well done to you both. It’s a great program and if you follow and trust it, you’ll continue to feel chuffed with your achievements. I’ve been blown away by it and constantly chirp on about how fab it is. Remember to go at the pace that suits you through the program. Happy running.

Well done you 2! Enjoy the plan, it’s all magic! Remember your stretches after each run, stay hydrated on your rest days and keep it slow! And enjoy the trip!

Well done! Stick with it. I wasn't a runner either and would have laughed at anyone who said I could run C25K, but here I am doing just that. I found some of it hard and repeated runs so as not to rush things. I had sore knees part way through but stuck with it having rest days in between. You can do it!

Well done to you both. I started with my husband and soon realised we can't run together. He is a foot taller than me and way fitter! Now we walk together to start and finish and he goes off at his own pace. We still motivate each other and this works for us. Good luck with future runs

We will probably end up like that after a few runs too. But we do like exercising together so we wont stray too far from each other initially.

Those first few runs are so important. They are the hardest runs you will every do. Not only have you dragged your legs along, but your brain actually let you do it. Now the thing is to remind it that you can do it, about 3 times a week.

Welcome to the runners.👏🙏👣👣👣👣👣👣
