Hi all

I have just completed my third and graduation 5 k ( 4 miles to be accurate ) , and I'm so happy

I can't quite believe how much I love running when so few weeks ago I didn't move of the couch . Looking at my running shoes excites me now .

Had a lovely run in chorlton water park along the river to sale , my running buddies from my Saturday group all came out for an extra run to help me celebrate my graduation

The bacon is under the grill in readiness for the graduation bacon butties.
