Ran with my sister for the first time in ages. Back to the flat of the railway track at 9pm. Did 31 mins. Uneventful, slow and steady run. No jelly legs. All I've done for the last 2 days is drink!!! We are going to push on towards 5k now.
My new shorts arrived. They are very short. Too short! They looked longer in the photo. I will put them away until I have lost 1.5 stone. Will wear them in the garden though, they are lovely and cool! Found a pair of old linen shorts in my wardrobe that will do for now!! Happy running!!! ππππ

Menβs shorts have a βleg lengthβ measurement. So 22cm oneβs are fairly long and 15cm ones are comfy for me. So they do that for ladiesβ ones?
Good running! Iβve now not been for a fortnight but WILL go tomorrow. Very impressed with your dedication. And lovely to have your sister back. πππ ps loving the duvet cover!
Well done you! And lovely to with your sister again. I am still in seriously old Nest shorts that were relegated to gardening years ago! They are not short either. Helpful pockets for key, handkerchief and camera! All the best for your next runs! πββοΈππ»ββοΈπββοΈππ»ββοΈπββοΈ ππ»ββοΈ
They look so cool! I really need some short shorts - Iβve been running really early in the morning, but even then my capri style leggings are far too warm.
Hi ang33333, I bought some yesterday too. The ones I tried in Nike just had knicker type linings and I felt they were too short but I bought asics which were called 2-in-1 as the lining shorts were like thin cycling shorts so show below the main shorts. Check them as they are really comfortable and cool.
Wooh hooo! Love the shorts Ang! You may not be ready to wear them but you have a new incentive now too! Enjoy the runs in the substitute shorts. Iβm definetly going to buy mine! After all the weather will dictate when itβs time to put them away! Itβs time now! π¬π¬π¬β€οΈ
