5K!!! Yay!

Despite saying that I would leave it until next week, today I felt so good at 4K that I carried on until 5K. Time 38.42. This was my Week 11 Run 2.

Also first run with my new Garmin 235, which probably worked flawlessly, but I am still working out. Edit: found out how to take a screenshot.

It doesn't have any choice Rip, it's strapped to my arm. Wherever I go, it is sure to go too. :) (P.S. Emojis is another thing I need training in)

OK, I admit it, a VERY pretty girl came out of a drive ahead on me, dressed for a run, and started running away ahead, her blond hair swinging to her gait...

It was just after I decided to continue to 5K, honest!
