Today I completed my W9R3 & I feel amazing have been struggling with the heat & my other half having a heart attack & trying to stop smoking at the same time (why do I do these things to myself??) but advice and support from others and knowing others have been having their own minor crisis has given me the encouragement to carry on and today was the day Thank You Everyone

Wowsers. Hope your other half is ok. Well done on the run and on the smoking - two massive steps to health.

Bravo! Definitely not the easiest of times but wait for an 'easy' time and 'things can happen' so well done for taking control and not being derailed. Enjoy using your new skill and confidence.

Congratulations MissTwiggy you’ve done brilliantly. I am sure giving up smoking will be easier knowing that your running will get better without it. Hope the OH is better soon πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ₯‚πŸ˜Ž
