So everyone started couch to 5k this morning.. week 1 run 1 done! Feeling strong! Not exercised for 6 months so it wasn’t exactly easy but for once in my life I feel like I got this! Let’s see how I feel after the next run! How’s everyone else doing? Anyone just starting out like me??? Xx 🏃‍♀️ 💪🏼

Believe me, you will and you will start planning your next run 😂. 13 weeks ago, I scorned running, having not run in over 30 years!! Never in a million years thought I’d hear myself say I enjoy it 😂😂😂😂
