1st run complete! Yay

Well, I have just finished my very first run and I really enjoyed it, didn’t see one person just lots of wildlife. Beautiful morning with the sun shining. Going to treat myself to a chocolate eclair now - just kidding. I feel really good and managed it ok considering I haven’t ran in a while. Run 2 is on Saturday

Thanks everyone for your support, I know it’s going to get a lot harder 🙂 enjoy your runs today

Great for getting started, yep maybe save that eclaire for a bit 😉 do have a bit of a stretch to get into the habit, then nice drink of water. Have a great day

Congrats on completing the first run, may there be many more to come.

Be careful though, this running lark is addictive!

Excellent, well done. Getting off the couch was my biggest challenge.

You've done it, you're the mark.

I rewarded myself with a bottle of wine and a cheese board lol.

Enjoy your rest day and get ready for run 2 :-)

Great job... and I could go a chocolate eclair right now 🤣

That first run was the toughest run I’ve done to date... I certainly didn’t enjoy it... so in my book that’s a wonderful start you’ve made.
