After my failed attempt on thursday(after a McD's), I've started week 9. With the heat as it is in the day time I'm doing my runs first thing. It seems to work better for me.
Two more runs to complete couch to 5K, sounds good don't you think? ππ
Fabulous. I'm just back from w9r2 and I can't tell you how good it feels. Never thought when I started this I'd get this far. It's thanks to all the good advice and support on here.
Its getting there. The run this morning was helped as it was a slight incline for first half and as I turn round at the π it was an easy slight decline, ya gotta smile aye! π
