Wk8R3 had to do in the morning.. R1 and 2 relatively straight forward no probs. R 3 mega struggle and stopped on 3 occasions (each run is the same!), felt terrible afterwards. Not quite sure why... think I'll repeat this run. Still dont get the running in evening easy, run in morning difficult thing.

Was it the heat? Drinking lots during your rest day might help. I hope the next run is better. Reading on the forum it seems everyone has an off day sometimes. Like life I suppose!

It’s warm and humid. How many litres of water do you drink daily? 2, 4, more? Do you stretch enough? Do you slow down when running? As in slower than your comfortable slow? Avoid direct sun? Well rested? Then again, some of us can’t do it in this weather no matter what in which case you can consider missing a few runs?

It’s hard this weather. I hope the next one is better.

It's very normal to be fine exercising in the evening but not in the morning.

I can run in the morning but HIIT with floor and standing exercise has made me so dizzy I had to lie down with my feet up against the wall!!

I've also heard of people who can't do weighed squats in the morning! I can't remember the medical reasons but it's a thing!

Try hydrating well the night before. Take water with you and maybe do a longer warm up to ease your self in to it a bit more.

Heat, tiredness... hydration? Other than that...just really slow down :)
