If you stick with running you might well find that Thirsty Thursdays become less and less as you start staying dry so you can be right for your runs

All sorts of wierd things begin to happen and you wonder if your body has been taken over by aliens. Wearing day-glo clothing in public, getting up before dawn to go running, entering running races! it's mad!

Great stuff Tia, yes this programme really is the business !

Great start to the day, that will make you feel amazing all day that !

Keep at it , you are doing F-A-B ! :-D xxx

Yay hangover run - well done. I make myself run after a heavy night too, as if I started letting excuses like that slip in I'd stop running altogether. Hope work's more bearable today, and as misswobble says, start thinking about avoiding or having less drink the night before a run. I'm trying to do this too. You can still go out and wind down, but the feeling from the run is worth holding back from having too many drinks :)

I'm not wearing day-glo in public yet though, maybe that bit comes later :)

Well done you.

I realised this mornng when I stepped out into horizontal rain that now at the end of week 4 I am completely hooked.

I've never jumped out of bed excitedly - just been determined - but certainly felt excited at the end of every successful run. This is all a mental thing - its also mental the way it takes over your life and becomes obsessive. Best thing any of us has done by far. Your successes will never cease to amaze and excite you. Well done.
