Hi everyone, have really enjoyed the programme so far, but am finding that I’m having trouble with coordinating my breathing. Even though i go out early morning, so it’s cooler, my breathing seems quite chaotic - I’ve been fine so far, and am taking things very slowly. Does anyone have any words of wisdom that may help me?

Yes. Go slower 🙂

If your breathing is ragged you are trying too hard. Slow right down, no rush, no need to push. Once you slow things right down your breathing should be ok. Breathe normally 😃

Have fun 👍🏃‍♀️

Thank you so much for that advice 😊. I had thought that I had been taking it easy, but realised that part of my run had been uphill, so I guess it took it out of me a little bit. I will be more aware now, and will definitely take it slower
