Boy that was a warm one. Haven’t run since Sat morning and a combination of a few drinks sat night, followed by shopping all day Sunday, then a busy day yesterday ..... was really tired this morning and struggled during the first half of the run.
I only logged my actual run this morning tho and not the warm up and cool down walks and although it’s not going to break any records I’m pretty happy with my splits!

I just wanted a more accurate split time so I know how much I have to speed up! Although I’m not worrying about hitting the 5K by graduation. That will be my goal once I’m onto consolidation runs! I need a challenge to keep myself motivated!!
