Have finally completed the course, can't believe it I never thought I would do it and thanks for all the support along the way. I have never run 5k, at my best I am running 3.7k in 30 mins. So I will work on my speed. What to do now......continue to get to 5k I guess 😉

Thabk you, It is a thrill I must admit as I'm a complete novice at running and before this had never run at all.....saying that it took me about just over 10 weeks as I had to redo a couple of runs.....I'm still chuffed xxx
