W2R1 - weakness of my body

Morning runners :)

Today was hard. My electronics and my body just didn't co-operate. The part I enjoyed the most was stretching after. I know I 'should be' proud of myself, but I wasn't and I'm not. I have a pinch of happiness that I breathe fresh cool air while trying not to die and while convincit myself not to turn back home.

I wish you all happy running. If you have bad day, just keep pushing it will get better more joyful, running god's will return ;)

Good morning IgaT ...as you know some runs are better than others..there’s lots of factors that can make or break a run....take that little pinch of happiness with you today & remember, any run is better than no run at all & the people that you meet today haven’t done what you’ve done already this morning. You’re building up your stamina & training your running legs however far you run...enjoy the rest of your day xx

I know there are better and worse runs, but sometimes you just need to hear it from someone else. So THANK YOU for adding another pinch of happiness :) OK, surprisingly it was way more than a pinch :)
