Today was tough as missed my running buddy and it was windy and wet. However forced myself out and glad I did. The step up to 2 mins shook me up a bit more which when you are a middle aged mother has consequences but overall so proud I managed to keep going!

Brilliant just keep going with the programme it really works. I was where you are last April but graduated September. Slow and steady and don’t be afraid to repeat weeks.

Ladyvickster that made me giggle. Fabulous photo of you despite rain and wind. You look great. I was too shamed to take a photo after my runs as it was not pretty. Not pretty at all. Good luck with running and keep posting.

Thx! You are very kind. Got to that age in life where I don’t really care what I look like and it’s very liberating!

If I looked like you after my runs I wouldn’t care either 😆. My eldest has just turned 18 and is a gym lad. The look on his face when he sees me after a run does nothing for my confidence 😂
