Where are/were you running? What’s your target for the day?
I’m at Albert ParkRun in Middlesbrough; my usual! Pacers’ week so going for a PB (currently 31:57). Ultimately want sub 30. Going to not beat myself up about it if I don’t get one!
Then greasy spoon with my colleagues/ ParkRun buddies for breakfast!
EDIT: PB YAY 31:33! I reckon if my ParkRun was 5k and not 5.2k I’d be quite close to a sub 30 now 👌🏽
