Didn't quite have the gas in my tank to manage sub-30 at today's Parkrun, but did take 27 seconds off last week's PB at 30:27 (official Parkrun time is likely to be about 30:22). I won't be trying a fast 5K until next Parkrun (planning 10k Monday and Thursday, with a gentle 5 or intervals on Wednesday), so it's a week's gap until I see if I can repeat last Wednesday's feat of 29:49.

This was a Parkrun PB, which I'm pleased about, but I ran faster last Wednesday (29:49) which I was really chuffedwith, and which I want to repeat and improve!
