My update.....Not only did I manage 20 min but continued on for another 5 min off actually non stop running!!! OMG I can’t believe that. I swear my legs just knew what to do. I just carried on. I’m in complete utter shock. Right in the beginning when jo said that’s 5mon done it felt like I had done 10min already - I was ready to *^%#?$! But from there onwards my legs just carried me so how!!!
It’s so right in what people have posted believe in yourself and you can and will do it. If I can so can you. X

Well done Peet999 (not sure about the 999) that is a great achievement, however, they say it's not advisable to jump the gun, I kept 100% to the program and as with the other runs that 20 minutes was enough, W6R3 is a 25 minute run, in fact, the first of 4 25 minute runs as week 7 is all three of them
Well done! Fabulous stuff! I think it’s all in the mind. When we hear 20min non stop we think differently. Keep me posted how you getting along. We on the same path. My next run be Monday now as celebrating my daughter bday tomorrow and probably recovering Sunday! X
I found it tough the first couple of wks but loved the challenge ..The best stage for me was the run you just did ...The feeling is amazing ..Graduation is another level ..But I'm on ic now knee injury rightly after graduating 😢....Good luck with the rest of your runs ..👍
That’s fantastic we’ll done! I’m just going into W9 and can remember the fear of W5R3 and the utter joy following it. Each week from now on gets better be careful though W6 can catch some people out. Well done again
