Can’t believe I did 20 minutes in one go! How has this happened??! And really loved it! Actually did 22 mins as I ran until I reached the field gate. Felt my legs begin to feel tired at 12 mins so followed the advice and slowed slightly (almost hit reverse I was that slow!) then it passed and I felt fine again. Really looking forward to starting 6 on Monday. And no rain! Just perfect....

Boom boom to you Scrumpybumble, a huge congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾

I have to warn you that the side effect of this particular run is an insane grin for the rest of the day and an evangelical zeal to tell everyone, willing or not, about your achievement. 🤣

Watch out for week 6. Going back to intervals can throw you.

Fantastic! I remember this one. It was first time I really believed I might be able to complete the programme. Keep going, you’ve definitely got this!

You discovered your second wind. Or did you discover the Toxic Ten? (or in your case 12!) The first 10 minutes are often the hardest, your body is getting used to exercising in those 10 minutes (even if after a warm up) - everyone finds those first 10 minutes hard. After that you get into the groove. Congrats on your landmark run,
