Well there we are, all done. Bet I'm the oldest graduate today!
I have had my celebratory banana.
Glad I got it done before 6:30 it is beginning to get hot already. I was considering the parkrun tomorrow, but it looks like it will be too hot for me. Maybe next week when the consolidation is a bit better bedded-in.
Each run this week I improved which is a great joy to me. But each run seemed harder, I am hoping that is just the heat. Distance: 4.23km Time: 30:54 Pace: 7:18/km.

I know I should rest tomorrow, but I was going to bend the rules 'just this once'. Somehow I need to resync my running days so I can run on Saturday. As a clergyman Sunday is out - not for any religious reason, just that there is too much to do. So maybe I will skip next Friday, so I can be fresh for Saturday in Keswick.
Parkrun seems like too good an opportunity to miss.
Very many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
Please read the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... as it will remind you of the fact that you are still a very, very new runner and that you must not get carried away with your ability.
As #IannodaTruffe says, we must remember not to get carried away. It was a very nice banana, and I'm not fond of champagne. Cake now, I can get carried away for cake!
Iβm sorry I missed this post - huge congratulations! Running in this heat does make me wonder what itβs going to be like going out in the cold, dark and rain (which means in September, obviously π)...?
