I’m so pleased and chuffed with myself! It feels like the first time I’ve been successful at a challenge I’ve set myself without coming up against difficult situations or difficult people! I’ve enjoyed every moment and feeling the positive changes in my mental and physical health has been extraordinary. I decided to run 5k for my last run which I did - but it took me 43 minutes! But I ran continuously. When Saanj said ‘push past the Pain’ I was tempted to shove my partner, who is one, into the reservoir and chug on by but resisted the urge. So now my new aim is 3 runs each week working towards the 30 minute 5k. This programme is amazing for support and advice so THANK YOU for helping me achieve what seemed unbelievable 9 weeks ago!!

Well done. My first target is a sub 43 minute 5K. You almost did it first time out! Keep to 30 minutes for a bit longer and then you'll be ready to increase the time on one run per week. Go and have an Easter Egg!
