Wow can't believe I have just done this. Looking back to r1 and how I struggled. W2 and couldn't believe how hard 90 seconds was. But I have just run for 30 minutes non stop. Wow. This plan really works. I want to keep it up I even enjoyed the bit in the middle. Quite a week for me. I hand in my masters dissertation, turn 50, and graduate from C25k. Wow wow wow! 😁

Well done to you too. Reading the advice a few weeks of consolidation runs seems to be the way to go. I want to increase my speed as I haven't got to 5k yet. Also want to make sure this becomes a habit and I don't revert to couch. How about you?

Same. Need to keep up the habit, running 30 mins every other day. Aiming to do that for the next three weeks then look at the next goal (be it increased distance, pace etc). Good luck !!
