Well tonight was the end of my couch to 5k programme and I'm happy to report I ran 5k in 30 minutes in each of my runs this week! I can't believe how far I've come, when I started I had never run before and was scared of running for 60s and now I can run 5k in under 30 minutes. It's been a really difficult time for me in my personal life and with work as well (I work in the oil industry and everyone in my company is currently at risk of losing their job) but this programme has helped me so much and now I feel I've achieved something positive! For anyone who is struggling- keep going and trust the programme because if I can do it so can you!!!

Wow, that's fast! Another graduate to inspire those of us who are a few weeks behind you. I'm a bit nervous about nothing but long runs in the next three weeks - but really I'm looking forward to it. 👍🏿

Wow very impressive time and collecting 7 little trophies along the way. I didn't realise it went as far as 7.

Sorry to hear about your personal position, I know how the oil industry impacts on everyone in the area and hopefully things will turn out ok.
