Just wondering how other people dealt with holiday during the programme, I completed weeks 1&2 but have just got back from a week away. Should I continue onto week 3 or repeat a week 2 run so ease me back in? Any guidance would be great! X

I don't think there is a right out wrong answer. What do you feel you can do?
You will not have lost much of any fitness over a week. Just hit week 3. Good luck
I’d personally go from where I left off and see how it feels.
If I did it, then brill onto the next one.
If I didn’t, then I’d decide whether I would be able to do it next time, or whether I wanted to do the last run I completed again first.
Nothings ever a failure, they’re just practice runs, and it’s still better than just sitting on the couch
Good advice above... and next time you go on holiday pack your kit and have fun being a running tourist! 😄
Just go for it! If you stuggle a little half way through your first run just slow down a little so as to get to the end. You will soon get your pace back to normal on the second run.
