I’ve just completed week 2 and I just don’t feel ready for week 3 has anyone completed week 2 twice then moved on to week 3 ?

There are no rules, if you don't feel ready to move on then just repeat a week and keep repeating it until you're confident. This is a journey of discovery, take it at your own speed :o)
Trust the program. If you completed week 2 okay you can move on. If you struggle with week 3 you just stick with it.

You are in control, so do as you wish, but I recommend that if you have completed a run or week that you maintain the momentum and move on.
Should you not complete the next run, you have discovered the level that you need to work on, rather than some earlier, easier run.

I don’t think I ever feel ready for the next run or week. If you completed week 2 then you can do week 3. Go for it!
