Keep running. Join park run. Make it a part of your life. Your motivation, why did you start C25K. Go back to that inspiration. Well done to reaching wk8run 2. I am at week 9 now. 2 more runs before l graduate and l can't wait for my first parkrun

Whatever you want to do! You could go back to the couch. You could do a Julie Andrews and run over the hills.,........Chariots of Fire on the beach............increase your distance............. consolidate at 5k........join a running club.........do parkrun...........aim for 10k, half marathon, marathon, ultra............just run for fun and ingrain the habit.........Runners can do it all!

Keep running, keep smiling.

If you can stand the "music"!!!!!!

I have the same issue. 3 runs off finishing. I don't have time to run much longer than 30 minutes so I am going to do Park run minimum once a month but every time I am free on a Saturday morning. Just staying fit enough to do Park run will help motivate me. But I think I might also look at training plans to increase my speed just to keep the motivation. The achievement of running further than last week is a real motivator on this programme for me.

I've downloaded the NHS podcasts for increasing speed and stamina, designed to bring you along from the 30 mins running achieved at week 9. I have 2 weeks to go, but I think I might still need Laura's soothing voice in my ear sometimes, and a reason to challenge myself. Each week has been a different challenge, and I might need that to help keep my interest once I've completed the programme.

Also, I plan to try the ever-popular parkruns in the local area, to keep things interesting.

Let us know how you get on post- C25K!

Hi thanks, yes ideally I'd like to download a 5 to 10K programme and Michael Johnson could still speak to me😉 but I'll look for the one you mentioned. I looked at park runs but they are on Saturdays and I have the kids football so can't go.
