I started week 8 waaaay back on 8th June and did the second run 10th June.
Work meant there was always going to be a week gap between run 2 and 3 but a week turned into two because old habits crept in and I kept finding good excuses not to do it
But this morning I had a word with myself and despite dreading how hard it would be, I only went and did it! I really embraced the mantra of this forum and went really slowly-not only did I get through it but I quite enjoyed it despite the heat!
Here’s to starting week 9 and finishing the programme in June 😀
