Week 8 done - on the home straight

No Parkrun yesterday as I had a dreadful nights sleep and was exhausted by morning So I got up early today to get W8R3 done. Didn't feel brilliant but managed my fastest ever 1k split during the run. The plan (ha! plan!) for this week is to run after work on Tuesday and Thursday then (hopefully) graduate at Parkrun on Saturday. Here's hoping at least...
