I did it! Very pleased with myself. Managed a PB for distance for my last run too (4km).
So now my plan is to carry on with 30 minute runs 3 times a week for a few months to increase my speed and distance.
Although having said that, I'm doing a 5k run in aid of Alzheimer Scotland next Sunday which may involve some walking!
Thanks to everyone who posts here. I haven't posted much but have got a lot of good tips and inspiration from others, so thank you all π
