I made it, Yippee! It's been a fairly arduous journey but by 'eck I'm feeling accomplished.
W8R3 and W9R3 have been my only 2 rainy runs. Last week was ok as I dodged running Santas with my son and our destination was Morrison's for a brunch fry up!
Today my graduation run was solo and I was filled with determination to reach that graduation line. Oh and guess what, I borrowed my son's trainers!
Like all those before me, I am amazed at the success of C25K from turning me from a couch potato to someone who exercises 3 times a week.
Though I may not be achieving the 5k in distance I do manage the 30mins non-stop. I won't lie it is still daunting and I do struggle a bit, but what I have to do now is keep it up.
Thank you so much for all the support on here to get me to today.

Very well done to you!!! I love that you’ve done this with your son. It is hard but it does get easier with time. You’ve done amazingly it’s really something to be proud of isn’t it? 😊
