Week 6 run 3 struggling!

So I completed run 3, with some difficulty. Question is do I continue and do week 7 or do week 6 again?

well done on completing wk6. It doesn’t matter that you found the run hard. You still managed to complete it. If I was you I would take a couple of days rest and move on to Wk7. I found that once I got to wk6 I needed 2 days off after the 3rd run just so I could give my body a well deserved rest.

I would move on too. You did it! Ok it may have been tough, but none of them are easy. You did it, move on 👏👍

I've just completed W7R2 and have actually found W7 easier than W6 so far (fingers crossed!) So I agree with the others take a couple of rest days, trust the program and move on to W7 :)

Definitely move on, but try to set off slower. May seem hard at first but you can always step it up later if you are feeling more comfortable. Slow works if you are finding a run hard...I am living proof...even when I didn't think it was possible to go slower! 😁

Thanks all for your replies. I did week 7 run 1 and still need to walk for a couple of minutes half way through!
