I missed week 6, run 3 on Friday which is a 25 min run. Week 7 is 3 x 25 minute runs. I’m wondering should I do the run I missed or just do the 3 x 25 minute this week? Advice welcome

Personally, I’d do the run you missed first - then move on to W7...

I know some purists would say do the extra run but I think it’s your journey so do what you want to do. I hadn’t given a thought to miss w6r3 but if I had I might have 😂

It’s only cz it’s kids holidays n just couldn’t fit it in. Ideally I didn’t want to miss any.

You don't have to miss it. It doesn't matter if you take longer than a week to complete a week.

I'm in the same position as I've been away since Friday (Hen weekend!) so didn't do Week 7, Run 3 on Friday but I still want to do it before I move on to Week 8. It's slightly different for me as there is a 3-minute time difference between runs Week 7 and 8 but I don't want to miss any of them. :o)

Yes joking aside I would feel disappointed if I’d missed one and would feel I hadn’t graduated properly 😉

You said yourself in your last post that the programme had got you ready for the 20-minute run so it looks like it's worked for you so far. I would say if it ain't broke don't fix it, do the final week 6 run, and continue building your stamina. :o)

C25K weeks do not have to coincide with calendar weeks.

To complete the process you are better off doing every run.

Have you read the guide to the plan? healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
