Congratulations for completing the program and Graduating BBB😊..

Here is a link with suggestions of what to do next. Plenty more running to be done, maybe starting with a few weeks consolidating that 30 minute run as it becomes easier...have a read.

I’ve decided to take it slow.

I’m 47 (old’ish), a Kitchen fitter by trade (very active) and very much a novice at running, I’ve downloaded the 5k+ and the Flex and Stretch podcasts. As well as this I’m also on the 5:2 diet.
