ParkRun! 5k races! Yay! Maybe bridge to 10k? Well done 👌🏽
I’ve decided to take it slow.
I’m 47 (old’ish), a Kitchen fitter by trade (very active) and very much a novice at running, I’ve downloaded the 5k+ and the Flex and Stretch podcasts. As well as this I’m also on the 5:2 diet.
