I’ve followed the plan to the letter , but today I broke a rule , I just had to reach 5k on principle 😎 This plan got 2 very unfit mid 50s heavy smokers over the line and has definitely given us the bug . Thanks to everyone here for all the written support , you are also there in spirit on the hard bits of the runs too 😃

It's a lap of Amwaj in Bahrain , there is not much to see except on the bridges . It's nice weather to run now but in the summer it is impossible 40+ and 90% humidity so I might have to join a gym !
